Cabo San Lucas: A Happy Accident!

Darrell and I vacationed in Cabo San Lucas as a gift from my daughter and son-in-law, Wendy and Greg. It was one of those unexpected delights. Greg & Wendy had a week of vacation from their timeshare that they were unable to use. It was going to expire in eight weeks, so they offered it to us. We snatched it and said thanks. Our daughter Amy, who worked in tourism, suggested Cabo, and a few phone calls later, we were booked to spend a week at the Fiesta Americana in May of 2005. It was an amazing week. We fell in love with everything about Cabo and its people, bought two time-shares ("shared vacation time"), and took thousands of photos. We went back for two weeks in October 2005. The photos and stories on these Web pages are a celebration of those adventurous three weeks.
