Fiesta Americana in Cabo San Lucas

Fiesta Americana is a huge conglomerate of hotels, posadas, and resorts in Mexico and South America that offers vacation exchanges and vacation bookings through RCI and Hilton Grand Vacations Club. The Americana resort in Cabo San Lucas where we stayed is on a peninsula, about 20 minutes from the busy marina at Lands End. The corridor leading to the Americana is lined with beautiful trees and flowering plants. It is peaceful and secure. Heads of state have stayed there due to its remote location and its state-of-the-art business and convention area. Vacationers come from all over the world. You can't help but revel in its beauty. The food, service, and people make your stay memorable.

"Wish you were here!" took on a whole different meaning to me as I wrote postcards after a day of luxury. When I returned home, I did pretty much bore everyone with my wonderful trip. Thankfully, our trip in May proved chilly in the evenings because it prompted me to buy a comfy sweatshirt with Cabo San Lucas emblazoned across the front. Whenever, I get bored and want to tell someone about my trip who hasn't heard about it a hundred times, I wear it to Wal-Mart. It never fails to prompt some good conversation about Cabo.
